The official gathering space and social hub of New Visions for program participants, direct care staff and mid and executive level management. In addition to operating as a cafe for breakfast and lunch, also provides auditorium-type space for membership meetings, staff meetings, large group gatherings and community group meetings.
Day Training Production Area - $100,000
The official work space for the Day Training production contracts. The space is occupied by program participants, staff and management of the New Visions Day Training program working together to fulfill contractual obligations every day of the week.
Gymnasium - $100,000
The official
sports and recreation center for the program participants of New Visions. Also serves as auditorium-type space for large programs, group gatherings and holiday celebrations.
Drop-In Center - $60,000
The official
meeting and activity center for the program participants of the New Visions Family Support Rec-At-Night/Drop In program. The space serves as a hub for the participants of this program after hours every day of the week.
Community Residences - $150,000
Individual homes in the greater Capital Region community operated by New Visions.
Pavilion - $250,000
The covered, open-air, outdoor leisure and recreation space for the program participants and staff of New Visions. Also serves as outdoor gathering space for Spring/Summer/Fall activities and events.
Pavilion Landscaped Garden - $30,000
The garden and sitting area adjacent to the New Visions pavilion.
Executive Management Suite - $35,000
The Executive Director's office and Associate Executive Directors' offices.
Day Training Counseling Suite - $30,000
The official
counseling space for program participants of the New Visions Day Training Program
Human Resources Training Center - $30,000
The official
training space for the New Visions Human Resources department.
Director's Offices - $25,000
The Directors' offices of all departments of New Visions.
Warehouse - $75,000
The official
storage space and mailing/packaging services space for New Visions and the New Visions Day Training department.
