New Visions will arrange for you to see how the candidate matches the job before you go to the trouble of bringing them on your payroll.
Supported employees provided by New Visions have a Job Coach to help the new hire get acquainted at work and learn the job. The Job Coach is there as much as needed until they can comfortably fade from the worksite. Then, the Job Coach will visit the work site a minimum of two times per month (more if necessary) to ensure that the employee is working up to your standard.
